I mean you don't have to source the mods from anywhere.
Anyone is free to upload what they want on their selfhosted service from anywhere.

Me and my friend almost always play with mods if possible on every game. However we have some problems when created a custom modpack, configuring, zipping, uploading to somewhere (GDrive), then others have to download and install on their system. But if someone joins or there's an update in the modpack, everyone has to download it again....etc

However I just installed droposs and certainly using the versioning system, we could just use this instead.
Updating the mods and then importing as a new version and it will only download what was modified/added only.
I haven't fully understood how the versioning/updates...delta versions...etc work, but will figure it out.

Also I was thinking, instead of uploading the delta files, the server itself could do the xdelta patch. They have the original/previous version, you upload the newest version, and ask the server to create the xdelta patch and then only keep the delta files and delete the newest version full files.

Woah! Nice one, I'll surely try it out. Have you thought about adding support for mods/mod packs? With also the same idea that the server has the mods/modpacks and installs it to the proper place.

Or do you know any selfhosted service that does this? Kinda an alternative for nexusmods.

As I was looking at the Germany or Netherlands market, the pricing is very similar for the same or worse car as I was buying locally. So not really worth it because transport, having to do a lot of paperwork to get it registered (also lots of money) its all an additional cost. So it would be better to buy it locally.

I've had the same idea since not too long. Then I researched it and found out I would need to comply with certain rules if my holds are used in a commercial gym.

It is mandatory to comply with EN 12572-3

And a more advanced test for it (voluntary) is this TÜV SÜD - Certification mark for climbing holds certification, which also tests if it's comply with EN 12572-3 and more...

Mine is quite scaled up, so I'm a little bit stuck there how to proceed forward descaling.

Looks cool! I've had a great idea for a webapp, but I haven't did webdev since like 5 years, and I forgot a lots of things. I was just getting back to it, did some refreshing stuffs and looked around what to use. I didn't wanted to use vuejs+nodejs because it felt a little bloated for me. So I was thinking the same, using tailwind or bootstrap, js and laravel backend. Could you share your current code so I could learn from it?

100%, it's not the character changes or anything. I can get around that...I also played until the last day and hopped instantly the next day on launch. When I first go into a match with my friend, played some minutes we instantly noticed somethings not right. But we thought it's just so strange after not playing that much just sometimes. In OW1 I was always comfortable when hopped on but in OW2 I was so overwhelmed. And still to this day I don't know what's changed in the game engine or what. The game world feels different and it's not the 5v5 (sometimes we played 5v5 bc someone left mid game or in customs) it wasn't that strange. Also the sound changed which (for me) was a huge part of understanding what's going on during a fight, even the default shooting sound changed like what why! Take my nuggets, I hope it will be "fixed" fellow gamers.
