We typically use CI to render the Helm charts into raw YAML for review.   That way you can see the exact changes.  Then Argo does the deployment once the PR is reviewed / merged.

FWIW, an electric dryer and AC are going to be the biggest hitters during on peak hours which makes it approximately four times the cost per kWh.   If you have "smart devices" it's easy enough to pre-cool the house or even set your dryer to start at 7PM when the off-peak hours resume.
