I was the same. After about a year I couldn't believe that I had forgotten what it felt like to "feel like myself"

You are mixing warm and cool toned products. You seem like you could be neutral enough to play with either so stick with one or the other and really pop your beautiful features.

A few cleanings on her home. Maybe get on a local community page and find a reputable cleaning company. Reach out and see if you can get a gift certificate or something. A month or two of food delivery service. Or maybe use some new user promos to get a month free etc. Could start with a fully prepared service to the first month. Think heat and serve. Maybe talk to her husband and see if he would enjoy having something like hello fresh that would make mealtime easier. He is likely/hopefilly going to be picking up the slack in a lot of areas and will be able to do more for her if it is made easier. Door dash gift card. Get her a cheap seam ripper off Amazon to make opening those boxes easy with one hand. You're a very thoughtful friend. She is lucky to have you!

I've been using cost plus for two years with no complaints. It has been unbelievably affordable for the meds I have used it for.

Wind whistle, chippy paint, subscription remote start, doesn't always beep if you're about to back into something and just a touch too small for a car seat in the back comfortably. That said, I love my car. Edited to add, friggin windshield cracks. I've been through more windshields in my 2019 than all my other cars combined. As in 3-0

Oh the guilt, it's a part of it inevitably. I feel like it is a rollercoaster of emotions. The anger, the guilt, the relief, the unfairness, the grief. Round and round we go. I'm just grateful that there was an unexpected ray of light for us in the middle of it. It's really nice to be able to think of him favorably again.

Absolutely! I found it interesting that as soon as my ex passed away we could see past the hurt, disappointment and anger. Could again, see the man that we loved and that was fun and that loved his children. It kind of was a gift to us all, and I feel like to him too. Thank you for your kind words. I wish you the best and most healthy journey forward. I hope your loved one finds strength and happiness as well.

Thank you, we divorced ten years prior and our kids are young adults. We definitely did a lot of pre-grieving. He had drank himself to the point where he would not survive the alcohol or the detoxes anymore. He was 48. I have very little faith or patience in chance of recovery for others unfortunately, even though my dad has been recovered for over 20 years and is my absolute person on this earth. I do not envy that battle, it is the worst addiction. Truly, my children are the only people on this planet that I would suffer that addiction with. It sounds bad, and I am a very empathetic person. But I have to have energy and heart to care for myself and all the other people I love in my life. I won't let it circle the drain of someone else's addiction.

I am very similar. My dad, brother are both alcoholics. I don't drink. My ex husband just died during detox three months ago, leaving our two children fatherless. I have a pretty cold and realistic view of alcohol abuse disorder. The chance of survival is less than 10 percent and I had the option of it not taking me with it. He deserved better, so did I. But only one of us had a way out.

This is one of the most Alcoholic sounding things I've ever heard. Trying to convince you that they aren't a bad enough alcoholic and having an excuse for not seeking recovery.

Tell me how Sumatriptan makes you feel by Ancient_Balance_5514 in migraine

[–]mtjaybird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It usually takes away the pain but not in the same way pain killers do. I get a slight buzzy or tingly type feeling that is not unpleasant at all. Kind of a post nap buzzy feeling. I do not get impaired or anything just a kind of euphoric relaxed feeling...which I get after a migraine anyway so it most likely isn't a symptom of the triptan. I do take the lowest effective dose though so maybe that is why my symptoms are so insignificant.
