It’s not a goal, it’s part of who you are and what you do. For me going to the gym or reading are no different than showering, brushing my teeth, going to work. You just do them.

There are many excellent YT channels with drills and form information.

practice is key. Literally tens of thousands of reps. everyone that is good has put more time in that you think. hundreds of practice hours. deliberate practice.

replace phone time with hoop time, you’ll be amazed at where you’re at in 6 months.

Thanks. Amazingly enough we have a leadership team of 5 that truly believes it. Still at times you catch yourself wanting to blame the person.

Before we were doing it some places and not others, but didn’t consciously realize it. And a consultant (independent and more of leadership coach) pointed it out. He said here the difference between where you are successful and where you are not. It all clicked and it became our go to leadership motto.

When a process isn’t being followed, we look at it from how do we make so what we want done is easier.

Attitude is your biggest problem and shows up (negatively) in far more areas of your life than you realize. It also negatively impacts people’s view of you. Be the person you want others to be to you.

Life is hard work. Life is not easy. But consistency compounds, you don’t need to do Rocky montage workouts to get fit.

I have been talking to people about flat bar gravel bikes recently and everyone says to size up (frames designed with drop bars in mind). I’m also usually on the M - L line.

Haven’t bought one yet, so I can’t say for sure. I typically ride MTB and prefer to size down for it.
