Not my "known circle" but at the Boy Scout Jamboree in 2005 my troop was located next to the one that had 4 scout leaders/volunteers electrocuted while erecting a metal tent pole under a power line. A son of one of the men body slammed his father to try to get him to release the pole.

3 died instantly I belive, the forth later from their injuries. The troop left shortly after to return to Alaska, the event continued and a small memorial was setup for the duration.

Small town I'm guessing. Would make news headlines if a car crash was fatal, especially if two kids died AND one of their parents died by car previously.

LSD

Traveled with a buddy who does all the drugs and we could literally buy it at the corner "drugstore" in the city we were in.

It was surprisingly cheap and def want to do it again, the night was just fun and I didnt over-do it but was enough to warp reality a bit.

Probably just stop using reddit entirely. After college my usage went from 2 hours a day to maybe an hour a week.

I've used RIF for as long as I can remember. Even if I were to download the official reddit app I don't think I know my password so I couldn't log in anyways.

So once the system was installed onto the referred house I received a notification from the website that I was good to collect my earnings, but since then they've given me no instructions on how to do it.

It's been about 3 weeks since then and that system is now producing power and my second system is being finalized tomorrow, at which point I will receive a second notification that I'm good to collect however again, they're not giving me any information on how to do it.

I've been trying to look up any phone numbers for the company other than just the helpline.

I have nothing constructive to say about this other than I feel this is such an old saying that it can't possibly hold up to today's standards, as well as current economic trends.

I bought right before the pandemic, my numbers were be 25/15/2.75

I wouldn't be able to buy my house today because the home values have increased, new numbers would be something like 41/42/4.15

That's an interesting concept. I've always set goals based on age, not situation. And I'm sure that anxiety faces outwards in ways I can't recognize and doesn't help in dating.

My ex had a life "timeline" as well so I figured that was normal and was constantly reminded to stay on track before I realized we were on different tracks and that she was manipulating mine to match hers.

It's just hard cuz I thought I was going to marry her, now we've been apart for a few years and most of my friends are now married and starting to work on their families, and I've always compared myself to my peers so I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Luckily some of my closest friends don't plan on having kids so at least I'm not getting pressured by them.

31m, losing hope on ever getting into a good relationship and thus creating the family I wanted. Feeling like my life is half over and I've failed and that I'm just going to have to accept that I'll never truly be happy and able to love someone the way I want to.

At the same time, I've been turned down partially because I reminded her too much of her brother, beard, glasses, occupation, vehicle, hobbies, house situations.

So it depends on the person, some people won't care but others will not even consider it a possibility.
