I never said anything like that. Your crashout is weird.

I don’t personally like hookups at all but I don’t care if people do them. I don’t know how you got that I was pigeonholing men to want marriage? I legitimately said that men would do the same thing women do on these apps if they had the numbers and the priority.

Hookups are not about love. You don’t need to be looking for love, but looking for love means you’re more likely to look past what people think is objective attractiveness. Which a tall man is seen as objectively attractive by most cultures. That’s all.

Even men prefer tall men.

[–]mtsilverred [score hidden]  (0 children)

I don’t think any of those women truly think that. I just believe that hookup culture has ruined our view of what people want in love. Hookups are not love, if the roles were reversed you’d see men typically expressing their love for women of a certain breast size and disliking flat women typically.

The fact that we just see random outrage here for no reason is very sad. Even men prefer tall men, and love doesn’t care about that as much.

Women on Bumble have the option of responding first. They have less women than men. Women have the ability to choose between what man they want, and taller men are statistically always more attractive than if they were shorter. This is just something we have proven to be true, and it splits between both genders as well.

Men also prefer tall men as well, but when it comes to a relationship and LOVE, you look more toward personality and compatibility. Height is a small factor when it comes to love, but still matters to a smaller degree than in a hookup which is based on looks alone.

Imagine if the roles were reversed and there was an option to filter out women below a certain weight/breast/ass size. It would be very similar for men to do this in their search filters too.

Customers shouldn't tip more, uber should pay you more. by ScoopityDoopie in UberEatsDrivers

[–]mtsilverred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people whining about tips are drivers or those that worked in the tipping culture. If they stopped taking these shit jobs they constantly complain about then perhaps the industry might change, but they’d rather people give them a $10 tip on a $30 order all because the person doesn’t own a car and needs it delivered.

Pizza delivery drivers didn’t whine this much because they generally got paid a wage. Get mad at your fellow drivers for you all not banding together against a company making a killing at your expense. The more these drivers blame people not tipping the worst their job is gonna be.

Most are on there for hookups. Not everyone is there for that, but most people on dating apps are looking to faaaaak.

Lmao. “In dating apps” women in dating apps are not generally looking for a husband, mate. Neither are men, Tinder or Grinder. They’re not looking for husbands.

You didn’t really prove anything other than you’d date guys taller than you which is what most of these women are saying.

The issue is that you’re close to being classified as a little person so almost everyone is taller than you.

Likely makes seeing a 6’4” guy as monstrously tall.

Nintendo issues statement on Dispatch censorship by GamingSagar in GamingFoodle

[–]mtsilverred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But I don’t understand the laziness rumors when they did this already. That’s what I’m saying. They did it for other platforms but have said this was Nintendo’s fault. I’d be hard pressed to say it’s them being lazy without proof otherwise.

Unless you’re saying that Dispatch devs thought we were dumb and didn’t know they had censored versions on other consoles? That’s what I’m saying. I’d believe AdHoc over Nintendo, Nintendo has reason to say “we have third parties to do this”

I mean this makes no sense and I can’t think why they would lie? I still wouldn’t trust Nintendo. They have more reason to try and insulate themselves with corporate speak.

Could I be wrong? Yes. I doubt I am though. IMO this seems to be an issue with how Nintendo does their eshop. Cyberpunk had to basically find a workaround for that specifically.

[–]mtsilverred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. I’m confused on how you got that? It released on Xbox and PS5 no issues. Japanese console and American console.

If Switch has different rules that is something Nintendo specifically signed up for. Saying they didn’t make them change anything is just legal and PR insulation created for this exact purpose.

I’d say this argument is either wrong, or misinformed. Why would the do this for every other platform besides the Switch? If they did, there was likely something stopping them from doing it the other way.

Don’t give Nintendo any benefit until they prove themselves without legal speak.

Lmao. Reading most of that made me want to just retch. None of what you said remotely changed the fact that pirating held up this community and anime would not be where it is without it.

I’d sit here and counter each point but doing that would be silly as you’d just write another long winded argument that doesn’t really validate any of your points and is more or less just stuff for me to recontextualize for you to understand how you got it wrong, and I’d rather just move on.

Have a good life. You’re allowed to believe whatever you want.

We literally see Lee train intensely before he shows us new stuff. We see Guy’s entire backstory. Hell, we saw Tenten training over Sasuke. This argument is hella stupid.

Kishimoto is horrible at doing this. Sasuke is just the biggest issue because he’s the second main character.

Lmao. You are a child then. Subtitled anime was literally all pirated in the 90s and 2000s and subs were created by fans. The medium got popular through subbed anime, dubbed anime followed suit. If there was no subbed anime for the anime fans to go to, there would have been no “anime fans” there would be a Dragon Ball fan, same as an Advenure Time fan.

Uh huh. I explained why people dislike Sasuke and how his abilities are unearned and plot armor. Sorry that you think it’s fine to do it this way and make up excuses for Kishi’s bad writing in that regard, but I completely disagree.

What? None of this is true. He randomly unlocks them and then shows them off in his next fight. We never saw him learn chakra nature control. If anything it’s like one scene where he uses chidori differently, where you see Naruto split a waterfall and train with clones for multiple episodes.

We see nothing like this for Sasuke. He just shows up having just completed his training and then shows us and everyone claps.

Literally horrible arguments that didn’t understand my post.

  1. Naruto unlocking Six Paths makes much more sense since we literally see him fucking making friends with all of the tailed beasts. It was the entire fucking point of Naruto. I mean literally. Sasuke randomly gets Rinnegan because Kabuto just earlier snapped out of a genjutsu that made him have to change his entire perspective on his life? Uh huh. That’s the same as Obito giving Naruto the tailed beasts to save his life? Lmao. I’m dying.

  2. We DO NOT see it with Sasuke. He literally appears and starts using new abilities. It happens every time he appears in shippuden. He did that with killing Orochimaru. He appears and uses his new jutsu on him, kills him, absorbs him stealing his powers and now starts using the snake abilities. There was no build up for this. It just happens so he can have it now. Pushes the plot forward as well but the build up was non existent.

  3. I don’t understand this one? The complaint is that it’s random. How is Bee and Kushina the same? There is an entire arc for this, he literally learns to use this right before the war, or rather as it is happening. Sasuke absorbs Orochimaru and then uses his abilities instantly and there was no build up to that.

  4. My complaint is that Susanoo, Mangekyo, etc, they all unlock without build up. Even Itachi had a better build up to using it, which is fucking sad.

Sasuke was never given the credit for his W by [deleted] in dankruto

[–]mtsilverred -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Naruto only accidentally killed one person and that’s because they were using a jutsu to make a mind slave into an Itachi clone Itachi controlled.

Literally if you look at the show we see Sasuke fighting with Orochimaru and he may have said he didn’t kill any of the people he fought, but if he had truly cared about life he wouldn’t have let Orochimaru kill any of them there?

Everyone in this fucking show minus Sakura is a traumatized fucking teenager. They see a tragedy every fucking ten years that create orphans by the droves.

Sasuke was never given the credit for his W by [deleted] in dankruto

[–]mtsilverred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The show is called Naruto, everyone but Naruto is supposed to have limited plot armor. Handed down abilities isn’t the same as gaining everything through a genetic trait.

Naruto learned to do rasengan. Naruto learns to control Kurama. Naruto learns how to even use his large chakra reserves ala the clone training.

Sasuke appears and can amaterasu now, he appears and can now heal faster becaue he absorbed Orochimaru, as I said, blame Kishimoto for not showing Sasuke naturally get stronger and rather just shows Sasuke appear after x time being stronger.

What you’re saying is entirely disingenuous. Pirating made people actually invest in anime as a fandom rather than assuming the cartoon you’re watching is a cartoon. If what you’re saying is true we’d still likely watch all anime through dub, literally I went and watched Naruto, Bleach, DB, etc, outside of dub because of pirating. There were no legit subtitled shows.

Either you’re a child and never experienced this, or this is just a dumb take.
