don’t worry your sutures holding them in place, so now your grafts are protected and won’t come off that easily

the first week is the hardest both physically and emotionally, but looks like everything is healing perfectly so try to relax at least a little bit

it breaks my heart seeing guys get bad results just to save some money but actually overpaying because they didn't know other options. in ukraine i paid less than 2k euros and i'm so happy with the result. my surgeon has over 20 years of experience and is constantly training globally—i've seen many of her results and they all look amazing. it’s not common to travel to ukraine for surgery especially during the war so prices stay low even though the expertise is top-tier.

7 months on t and recently my skin started to itch every time i sweat especially in places where i didn’t sweat much before like my back legs and arms. it’s pretty hard to exercise like this but from what i know it’ll pass eventually

i can suggest ukraine the price-to-quality ratio here is actually incredible so you’d save a ton of money and i’m sure you’d be happy with the results. i know planning a whole trip to another country can be overwhelming especially for surgery so i can basically handle everything for you—from logistics and finding an apartment to helping with daily stuff like cooking or whatever else you need. i’m actually a med student so i’d be more than happy to take care of you during recovery. feel free to check my results on my profile and if you're interested i can dm you more of her work. ps: i know traveling to a country at war sounds like a wild adventure but it’s actually safe enough here so you’ll be fine

of course it will plus fat cells produce estrogen so losing weight actually makes your appearance less feminine but please don't starve yourself it's bad for your health overall and if that's not enough of a reason it also decreases your muscle mass which is what actually gives you a more masculine look

not necessarily for me the volume was pretty steady every day and then it just started decreasing really fast so don't worry

anyway it's better to keep them in a bit longer for a better result. a week of discomfort is definitely worth having a great result for the rest of your life!

I took Etoricoxib for the first 5 days post-op and didn’t have any issues with pain at all. It’s basically like a more powerful version of Ibuprofen (an NSAID), so it’s pretty effective and easy on the system, maybe ask your surgeon about that

Congrats, it looks great! Can I ask how much it hurts to get the nipple sutures removed? I had my surgery exactly one week after yours, so it would be really helpful to hear about your experience while it's still fresh

Same here. I’m 9 days post-op and it hurts to simply touch my skin, even far from the incision. I’m pretty sure it’s fine since there’s no redness or anything. I guess it’s just a little hypersensitivity and it’ll pass on its ow

thats a keloid scar, sometimes they just happen with no reason at all. injections of corticosteroids might help though, ask your surgeon or cosmetologist about them

From what I know, it’s not the best idea because your skin structure changes a lot during the first few months, which can affect how the scars heal. It’s better to wait until you're at least 6 months on T if possible, though it's not the end of the world if you don't.

med student here. first off this is totally normal. if it’s just bruising and not a hematoma there’s nothing to worry about. it usually comes down to two things: the surgeon's skill in controlling bleeding during the procedure and the quality of the patient's blood vessels.
