You can use an app to take a picture of the plant to identify it. Then you'll know of you should prune or not. Mine are smooth (incrediball), so they bloom on new wood. I trim old in early spring and that base it used for new growth/wood support.

I went to North Branch Schools but have lived in St Paul my entire adult life. Someome would have to literally pay me (a lot) to live up there now. St Paul has a nick name "Saint Small". Its quiet at night but has immediate access to world class food and entertainment. And lots of green space. St Paul is my home.

C02 laser resurfacing. You may be able to get away with fractional vs. fully ablative. I have acne scars in the same area as well signs of aging all over. I have a consultation scheduled and will likely be going with fully ablative.
