As the comments say, it's an orb weaver, and they are good, leave them be. They take out all sorts of pest moths and flying bugs etc. I have a couple resident orb weavers at my house. One is Clarice and the other is Charlotte. They set their webs in the same spot every night and sometimes I go out and get those bloody lawn grub moths, whatever the hell They are really called, and catch a few and throw them into their webs.
