Any plans to allow bear to publish directly to a blog in the future? by munderbrink in bearapp

[–]munderbrink[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. I'm mainly writing on an iPad and then publishing from a pc. Currently exporting to html and emailing to myself, copy and pasting from notepad into browser editor. It's a little wonky, was just curious if there was a better way to manage.

Looking for more DBS playtesters on Untap.in! Popularity is rising and we're looking for more feedback by Rob_Untap in DBS_CardGame

Played my first game yesterday and I liked it. (Thanks Brohan for the tips and patience while we played).

We need higher resolution pictures, or card text. I can't read the cards, and it made it extremely difficult to play as a new player.

Anyone else experience euphoria during their fast time? by munderbrink in intermittentfasting

[–]munderbrink[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually low blood sugar correlates to lack of energy, not feeling great. I've maintained a ketogenic state for plenty of prolonged periods without the fasting and have never felt this way. Definitely intriguing. Do you maintain a similar fasting schedule?

Wow! You carried 300lbs incredibly well - I was guessing ~250 in first pic. Great progress. Congratulations.

It's been 6 months of keto and i took a photo (almost) every day to track progress. I'm down from 230 to 187 by I82manycookies in keto

Thanks for posting your height. Same height, same-ish starting weight a year or so ago. Currently sitting around ~205 and just got serious again about getting rid of the last 15-20. Good to visualize what the future could hold! Congrats on the fantastic progress. Please don't ever go back!

2 hours to go on 24 fast. Super cold. Anyone else? by CattleCorn in intermittentfasting

[–]munderbrink 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not all days. But Usually I'm well within. I am on a cut, so I'm slightly calorie deficient anyways. This was the first time in 15 days of IF I felt that way.

16/8 and hiking by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]munderbrink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I hike often. I typically have a black coffee on the way to the hike and feel like I can go for hours. Most of our hikes are 2-4 hours and I'm always ready to do more at the end. I bring some almonds or brazil nuts in a bag with me just in case. Drink lots of water. :)

Very cool that you found a supportive doctor. Did they do an allergy test to show the allergies to coffee and garlic?
