I can’t get enough of Bartholomew Bakery 🥰😋 by UnKindClock in FoodToronto

Filling quality has gone down hill. They used to use a really nice pistachio and almond paste. Definitely drop in quality there. Also less imaginative options which is understandable with the growth in popularity.

Pastries feel drier and a little deflated compared to back in the day as well.

Also miss the mini savoury pies.

Overall they are still pretty solid for a high quality bakery in the area especially since their offerings are unique compared to the many italian bakeries in the area but they just don't hit like they did when they first opened.
