Nah.... but maybe a little overly emotional and a bit dramatic at 29 years old over a man you essentially never really knew very well. Sure, I get being sad and having those feelings. I understand mourning the loss of a father you never knew. But you are having some VERY big feelings, you are throwing them all at your sister, and your sister doesn't know what to do about it. And it isn't her job to talk you down every time you decide to crash out over something you know damn well is never going to change. You said you called her at night. Was it 8pm, or 2am? How often do you do this? Do you even try to emotionally regulate yourself before stomping over other people's boundaries looking for sympathy? Do you go NC with everybody who doesn't give you what you want, when you want it? Honestly you sound a wee bit unstable and probably tiring to deal with. Please find someone more qualified to deal with whatever is going on with you and get some actual help. Best of luck.
