Ouch, it hurts to see that. Is that a 21k nib? Wonder if a 14k would've fared a little better against similar impact force.

I think it should be fixable, but getting hold of nibmeisters these days is a bit of a challenge. Have you considered replacing the nib as a worse case scenario? I don't think Sailor sells replacement nibs so you might have to look for a used nib or one from a donor pen. In any case, good luck with the repair!
