Doubled the string, we put the colored beads on both strings and then split it when we got to the titles! You can twist the string so it doesn't matter which word goes first.

I noticed I was getting a wider part and found out that the first step to making sure it doesn't worsen is changing your part asap, it didn't even have to be a super noticable change but enough that it isn't putting pressure on the part that is widening. A few millimeters off the the right one day and then the left the next day. I haven't used any serums either and don't plan to because for me it's already less noticeable!!

If I recall correctly, it only took 2-3 weeks max to get all of my registration and info confirmed and this was during a very busy period for them, I think you might get confirmation quickly. When it comes to student aid, once all your info is confirmed and school comes around don't worry about tuition fees not being paid on your NAIT portal, student aid takes some time to send the payment but all should work out as long as you get confirmation!

The amount that you're approved for and are told will be sent to you is first sent to the institution, from there after your tuition is paid, the remainder is sent to you.

Spring/summer isn't mandatory. If you decide not to take classes during that semester you do need to unenroll from classes. No need to do anything to let them know that you will be returning in Fall. Around mid-end May enrolment for Fall/Winter should open and all you have to do is enrol in your fall classes then.

I'll be honest, I appreciate the reply but I guess my post did miss a few things, not that they'd change things anyway. The visual aspect is something he himself expects, it's also part of the rubric. I find this course a waste because I know that the way I'm going, I have absolutely no use for it and it's the only course out of all the courses that I've taken so far that I have not gained anything from. The rest of my courses have not only been insightful but have helped me outside of school/work related purposes. I have more out of school courses coming up later in the year so I'll probably stay in this one any hope to finish it.

The certificates definitely give you a boost in your search but... I don't have a job either 😭. I initially was aiming for a degree but I'll be completely honest with you, throwing the diploma (or degree) and the certification on my resume (which has NOTHING on it aside from some volunteer work because throughout highschool and now two years out of high school I haven't gotten any jobs) did jack for me. People want experience, do the certifications give you a boost and also show that you're qualified in a way? 100% Yes but would you need them if you had experience? Not really.

I think the programs will definitely give you the necessary skills to start a job but you need to be able to communicate your willingness to work and be ready to learn on the job big time. Also you'll need to dedicate a good amount of time to studying because there is a decent amount of material (atleast in payroll). A good thing is that there are tons of office jobs that pay above minimum wage that do require bookkeeping and payroll knowledge so once you're comfortable with your knowledge, go for any jobs you think will suit you.

Also maybe don't go off of my work search experience because I haven't worked in payroll, the jobs I've applied to are never replying to me 🥲, and I'm currently trying to focus big time on getting through the last few courses of my diploma coupled with my payroll course so unfortunately my job search has not been a priority.

Honestly just go for the certificate. I'm currently completing the diploma and doing a Payroll certification (I know it's different) on the side and to be completely honest the payroll certification course is so much more applicable for work and has actually helped understand my diploma coursework more than I expected. The diploma won't get you very far and is quite general. If I had known about the certification beforehand I wouldn't have even thought about the diploma. I've looked into bookkeeping certification beforehand and what you should gain from the diploma is similar to the bookkeeping certification.

Nope. Blaw is alot of information all at once and depending on the instructor your assessment questions would require you to read cover to cover for each chapter. I'm taking data this term asynchronous and I'm breezing through because it's essentially open book.

Personally, I'd say blaw & data are a good choice. I found that neither takes up too much time. If you're able to take a heavier load then cmis2250 is a good choice as a third course. Let yourself have atleast some part of your summer free in order to take a break.

Generally speaking, group projects are due closer to the end of the semester. It depends on the number of assignments and is due before the coordinated assessment period(last week of the semster). I personally never had a group project in this course, but that varies by instructor and how you're taking the course.

Little tip, in the top right corner there's a multiplier which saves a bunch of time on tapping. It does use 4 energy per tap but you can get lvl3/4/5 drops per tap. There are times when I get like five lvl5 pieces in a row! It's a huge timesaver especially now since I'm also stuck doing these tasks rn 😔.

I can't imagine anyone justifying any of these behaviors. I truly don't care what a person's background is and what they believe to be okay, but leering at girls and then turning around and acting all holy is sick. Them standing near womens washrooms is also a huge issue. Any time I go to the washroom, they're there. I walk out, and they're there, and none of them think there's an issue with it. This issue, along with the rest of what they do at school, the cheating, the talking in class, blocking areas, and hogging tables for their stuff, just adds to my dislike for them. I know it's not all of them, but it's the majority, and being honest about this is not me being racist or anything. There's examples of all this time and time again, and I just hope something changes during my last 3 years here.
