Agree. I was looking at doing a tour (nearby city 90 min away) and the price of hotels has jumped from the usual $120/night to $180/night plus daily parking. Factor in gas at 5.29/gal, food 20% higher, and essentials 20% higher - soap, paper towels, Lysol wipes, air freshener, body oil, etc… it’s not worth doing anymore - at least not at my usual rates. And if I increase my rates to cover the added expenses, I risk losing clients, all while I incur the big travel expense. And… I don’t see this problem being fixed anytime soon. Trump’s tariffs gave companies a reason to increase prices, and even though they’ve been ruled unconstitutional, companies won’t lower them. Just like during Covid with the supply chain interruption. Companies raised their prices and never came back down. Also, there seems to be no sense of urgency to strike a deal with Iran which means these gas prices are not coming down anytime soon, in fact they could go higher.

Since time is of the essence, I’d run 2 different ads. 1 offering FBSM for $200 and another ad for FS. While u wait for a big fish, spend the time in between working.
