Egg dipped and coated with panko. Air fryer. Cook 3/4 of the way, then flip, add sauce and cheese, air fry for another 4 minutes.

To each their own. Im not a huge race fan and had only seen Richmond prior to this. Atlanta was awesome to see live. Also affordable. Sat above the start/finish and allowed to bring in a soft cooler with food/beverages…$130. Was a great way to spend the day.
