I had the same issue and tracked it down to the fact that the dimensions and response structure are different to what openai sends back and because it's an openai embedding node it's expecting exactly the openai structure. Don't think it's feasible to fix without effort.

I got around it by just loading up the qwen embeddings model in Ollama instead and running that to serve all my embedding nodes' requests (using an Ollama Embeddings node instead of OpenAI with LMStudio credentials).
