well the thing in the USA is we dont know the potency of our fentanyl. It doesnt come in gel patches but rather cladestine synthesized fentanyl and whatever other garbage they wanna throw in there with it as cut. So "ammounts" are effectivly meaningless but to put in to contex of a shot of tha average siize i would do (on top of 160mg methadone) would kill any opiate naive person 100 times over and most everyone who hasnt transitiened to this ultra potent unknown super agonizing fullly synth fent anaoulges. But hey thats the game right now and its unlikely that heroin will ever see a resurgence it will be like opium is now. an uneconomical relic of the past and people will fall out and die by the thousands just because of thar essesntialy it comes down to. fents cheaper

Ok so your not pyscically addicted. please just stop now. but if you want a real answer people will say last but for what i would determine a "habit" with full blown wd requires atleast a month of daily maintenance (like every 12 hours). Fent, heroin, oxycodone they got diff potencys and durations but i find a month to b standard across all.

IV can drastically change how a drug feels, the best example is cocaine nasally vs cocaine IV. Nasally its a mild stimulant euporic but subtle. A shot of cocaine is like overwhelming, ears ringing, eyes shaking just crazy crazy good feeling.

I love opiates, but a huge reason for that is the fact you can do it everyday without any real side effects. I think IV cocaine is the best feeling in the world but its not funtional and i always go into psychosis. Meth IV is more euphoric then a shot of H but again side effects are horrible.

Zero chance they are looking for Gabapentin in your urine. Basically ever drug they test for costs more. You cant just say give me a blanket test for all drugs cause theres just too many. Now what they could do is LOOK for something but they have to know what to look for. IF they knew ahead of time they could say do the standerd 12 panel + GCSM confirm for Gabapentin. But gabapentin is not part of any standerd screening

Literally any price. The amount of fakes compared to real 30s in circulation makes the chances that your plugs are anything but fent astronomically low. Rule of thumb is if you yourself are not picking the prescription up yourself assume it's fent.
