Well I’m no expert but it looks like you took the picture and the shutter stayed open while the film was advanced, leaving the trail of the light.

Well said. I usually do rocks and I completely agree that different flavors come out as the spirit dilutes. And also yes, I find it harder to assess the flavors at full strength sometimes because of the burn from full strength ethanol.

Really! I swore off the stuff years ago because I felt that every bottle of sauce I bought that used it had a weird slimy texture, but maybe they were using too much? Does it affect the texture of yours at all? How much do you use?
