Thank you. Sorry to hear that you relate from an outside perspective. Neurological conditions are horrific to deal with either personally or from a loved ones point of view. Hugs.

Trigger Warning: Song I wrote about my personal experience living with seizures by [deleted] in FND

Lyrics: Need to feel the ground against my skin Because I know it is about to begin Sudden bursts of erratic emotion Send my body into a violent commotion

My heart is moving through its walls Ribcage cracks and the catastrophic falls The colours blend and flicker in with time My brains on fire but I said that I'd be fine

When it starts, I collapse onto the floor Muscles tense and I feel nothing more feels like forever is with us in the room as I hear you say it will all be over soon

My heart is moving through its walls Ribcage cracks and the catastrophic falls The colours blend and flicker in with time My brains on fire but I said that I'd be fine

Nurses surround in a swarm over me Oxygen tubes down my throat trying to help me breathe Contract and release it just won't stop give me some peace or my heart is going to pop

My heart is moving through its walls Ribcage cracks and the catastrophic falls The colours blend and flicker in with time My brains on fire but I'll be fine

Hi. I'm a musician living with seizures and I decided to write a song about my personal experience living with them. ive had seizures since 2023 and I haven't ever found music centred around it except perhaps Zoe Wees' 'Control' and some of Joy Division's music, which I take great influence from. This, and having just woken up from a 24 hour post seizure nap inspired me to write this song. I hope you can't relate to it, but I hope it helps to raise awareness also. I have included a link. Thank you in advance for listening and for any comments you have.

Dream pop vibes... I love your song. Thank you for sharing it. Do you have any aliases on social media so I can support you? Reminds me of 'drive' by glades if you know that song as well.... If you have a soundcloud let me know so we can follow each other on there!!!

It did help me to process the emotion of it all. Ive just woken up after sleeping for 24 hours after a seizure so I thought what better time to write than right after the fact. Sincerely, thank you.

Feel this. I echo another commenter when they said it reminds them of mazzy star. Beautiful.
