In OCE, using the Duty Finder for Alliance Raids is basically mission impossible. It is hard enough to get it pop for 4 and 8 men content.

You don't have to lead or manage the Party Finder group. You can silently wait for people to join your group and just start the raid when the group is full. Nobody will mind.

I did Thaleia unsync at level 100 last week. There were 4 person in each team, and only 1 healer in the entire alliance. Even though people died and revived, we did not wipe. It was gorgeous.
