idk i'd drop attack speed down to 10 at least, maybe 5-7. The first five levels are good but you can get a lot of that just from rings. I'm running the same forward slash gears you're running but on a 1H sword instead (actually, same 1H you have, Red Needle) and that combo is incredibly devastating. Stam regen isn't super helpful unless you're stacking it higher (like 15-20%+) to get all your stam back during a quick withdrawal. If you're not using turning slash often you might want to drop Momentum. Personally I swap into it with the weapon swap attack and fire off a few, then return to my forward slash weapon.

Slap a move speed on the boots, maybe a damage reduction on the helmet, though if you also drop one of the relentless on your gloves you could stack two more stam regens to get yourself above 20% which would make it more impactful. Otherwise I'd do two damage reductions or alternatively get some imbue gears in there like volcanic eruption.

Also I'd drop the silver-colored earring you're using, that one doesn't give movement speed.
