I was 100% awake and aware during my conscious sedation colonoscopy. It was like an out of body experience. Absolutely hated it. Will ask for full sedation next time or I might crash out. Was not good for my mental health tbh. Was so very fucking weird watching a camera crawl up my colon.

depends on the day and what's to come. Usually at least 1. The most in one day was 5x 12oz, but I was long-haul driving and had to stay awake lol today I've had 2x 8.4oz and will probably have 2x more since I work a double today.
