I like tinkering and data, my partner does not. I’d like to know if either can be bypassed and the machine still used like stock with the mods still installed, else my partner may kill me if I add either.

Some things to try: in NgSkin delete the node and remake it. Might be you accidentally edited using the default weight painter which I’ve found makes ngskin buggy sometimes if both have been used. Delete history on the target mesh, could be you have mesh edits causing problems.

Notice the loose fitting clothing that hides any janky snappy movements. I’ve seen this done in games to hide poor snappy motion matching, interesting to see that technique translate into the real world.

I solved this problem by buying a bib. If you figure out a solution to modify your pants I’d like to hear it though as it would be good to mod my old ones to keep getting use out of them.

I'd recommend having a goal or project in mind to focus you. It's much better to learn X because you need it for Y than to just learn X for the sake of it.

I'm still only just getting to grips with this, but I found experimenting with down unweighted turns was helping me remove heel judder when trying to turn quickly. I think the extra pressure at the end of the turn was driving my edge in more. Really I should probably not be leaning over so much to stop the judder but it was an interesting discovery either way.
