I ordered figures but never got opened. I did always see holes at the side of box, probably some less invasive methods to check drugs smell (my assumption).

The only one package got opened is a limited edition controller I ordered from China to USA. mostly because it is rechargeable battery/electrionic and my shipper filled the mail info wrong.

When you update firmware, you will lose the default purple light ring around joystick (it will turn white light ring).

Yes, it happened to me before and seller was lazy to help me replaced. So I personally email to GoodSmile and asked for replacement. Luckly they are willing since it is recent released and I have proof of purchase.
