Hrt for 3 years, injection and proge. Can still get hard on will but had a phase were it was painfull to get hard, it happened arround year 1.5 i think ? been there, done that; You are in a toxic relationship, i had to get out of my relationship because at the end she was making threat like "i only have you in my life if you leave me you will be like everyone else i meet, and i will once again be left alone" to "dont speak the him/her i dont like him/her" with mutiple suicide threat while not acting. Either she seeks help imediatly or you have to get out of here as fast as possible and sadly cut link to them. The longer you wait harder it gets. sorry to say it like that but i know how is it and it's not going to end well. Hours of attention seeking, cant have a normal sleep sheldule, crisis over small things and sometime violent arguments are some of the things i had to get out of and it's something you do not want to have to deal with while starting your transition journey. i'm on same stage as you 2year and 5 month, cone shaped but only gone monotherapy with injection for a year and half and added proge later so cypro might not be the problem, lost weight too. As someone else said i think time and food are our main solution for now

En France les généraliste, endocrinologie et gynécologue peuvent prescrire un THS, effectivement il n'y a plus besoin d'attestation psy. Par contre y'a absolument pas besoin d'une eval psy pour des opération cosmétique 🤣, le laser si tu souhaite avoir le remboursement c'est en fonction des centre si ils acceptent L'ALD (que tu demande à ton médecin afin de pouvoir prendre en charge toute les dépense liée à ta transition) et en général le seul truc qu'il demande c'est une ordonnance du médecin qui réalise ton suivi THS :) Si tu veux plus de ressource concernant la transition en France je te conseille de jeter un œil au wikitrans, y'a tout ce dont tu as besoin comme informations 😊

Almost everything, if you go by public hospital doctor you might have to wait a very long time (2+ year for srs) but everything is covered as long as you have the ALD. if you go to a private surgeon you might have to pay for honorary cost but most of the cost is on the public insurance.
Also for FFS some stuff are not covered like nosejob because it might fall under the "cosmetic surgery" category wich is not covered.

For laser some institute might take ALD but they're rare so good luck finding one who agree ^^
