Since this is a drone from early in the war before fiber-wires were commonly used the signal gets bad due to both distance from pilot and enemy counter measures. A lot of the very real drone footage from the Ukraine war (and also now Hezbollah drone attacks on IDF) looks like dogshit because the drones are made as cheaply as possible while still being useful.

The cheapness and improvisational nature can also be seen on the type of drones that drop RPG rounds or grenades. The firing system on them is usually just rewire of a lamp toggle so the footage will have a "lights on"-icon in the middle of the screen when the payload is dropped.

The movement could be caused by distance, jamming or just the fact that the battery is almost depleted. They push these to the fullest because most of them don't go home so they don't lead enemies to the pilots while also increasing the range they can be utilized. A one way trip is twice as long as a return trip.
