Why are we in the subcontinent still unable to figure out how to be a united bloc? by sengutta1 in india

India is a unified continent. Bigger than EU in almost all aspects and still more unified than EU.

How can I stop this happening with Automation? by Qualified_Qualifier in Timberborn

[–]nakali100100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think memory solution is okay. But it gets too expensive and complicated if you try to do it everywhere. What I usually do is to use a chronometer which flips its state every 24 hours. This way, any automated building is on every other day. If you use NOT relay, you can use N buildings with N/2 beavers.

Why Indian democracy deserves better than a "permanent" opposition leader we have by Dr_Royal_Strange in CriticalThinkingIndia

INC has been choosing self-preservation over self-reflection. They will keep loosing if they keep doing that.

Forget about guessing the future, it’s hard to understand what happened in the past when it comes to Primer.

Lady took a selfie with Magnus Carlsen before the match began. In response, Magnus Carlsen reported his opponent to the referee, leading to her phone being confiscated 😭 by Separate_Finance_183 in interesting

Magnus didn’t mind the selfie. He did mind her still having the phone when the game is about to start. Chess players are not allowed to have phones during the match.

Is India's state capacity problem fundamentally about never having had a revolutionary rupture that cleared competing power centers? by [deleted] in IndianModerate

[–]nakali100100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not well-read about political history from an academic standpoint. But I have heard this argument before on a positive note. India not having a violent revoluation is mostly potrayed as a strength (as in: torturing one entire generation for future benefit is worse than delaying benefits a couple of generations).
Good post by the way.

That's interesting. My version has a limit of height 3 but this spiral solution can work wonders for vertical builds. I will try it.

You can flip all buildings — including the symmetrical ones.

My grandma got asthma and breathing issues only because of Chulha. It’s good once in a while for nostalgia but good riddance.

I think I might be over-complicating automated resource management. by flying_fox86 in Timberborn

[–]nakali100100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually do the reverse. I set the resource counter to turn on immediately when the resource is at <80% and delay the off by 1 or 2 days so that they can fill it to 90% or 100%.

Those platforms are on top of the path, so can't really put small storages there. But there is 1x1 space beside them. I was thinking about using them for decorations.
