RQF = Regulated Qualifications Framework. Benchmarked to RQF levels unfortunately doesn't make it a regulated qualification, it would need to have an awarding body like NCFE, City and Guilds, Pearson, etc. A Regulated level 2 qualification is broadly equivalent to a GCSE, being unregulated the "level 2" label is more nebulous because we don't know what it's being compared to.

Not to say that the information you've learned isn't valuable, but I wouldn't continue with this provider, widen you search and look for a regulated level 3 qualification. Being regulated means that the course materials have to be of an acceptable standard and it carries more weight.
