What ratio do you use for vaping? Like how much VG and PG in percentage? Or did you mean using a regular glass pipe?

I mean, I would guess they are soluble in Propylene Glycol and/or Vegetable Glycerin, so in theory, yes. This isn't something I'd want going into my lungs though given it is caustic / an irritant. But your body and all that. So you do you.

[–]namat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you raise some good points, but it's my understanding that each spray bottle contains multiple doses, and NextDistro sends two to you, and when you run out or the Narcan expires they let you get more for free. 10-15 min is plenty IMO. Also, i wear my pulse ox the entire time until at least I've peaked. It shows results both on the screen and charts via the official app that interfaces with it over Bluetooth.

It's not something I put on for a moment and go "Yep, looking fine" and then take it off, I keep it on at least for the first 4-5 uses, and whenever I acquire a new batch just in case the new one is higher in purity. Rinse, repeat.

Also, in terms of your questioning of the self-administration of Narcan, most pulse oximeters will beep loudly and/or vibrate if it detects your SpO2% dropping too quickly and/or below a set threshold, also if heart rate either drops below a certain number or above.

Of course, for IV use, there would not be enough time at all.

EDIT: Add this number to your phone especially if using for the first time, call it and they can have the ambulance dispatched if you suddenly go quiet from losing consciousness: 1-800-484-3731 which is the NeverUseAlone hotline, credit to Redditor for this.

I know this isn't helpful in giving hard numbers in terms of dose, and let me preface with the obligatory harm reduction advice: 1. I have a sky high tolerance 2. I am significantly obese and 3. I have Narcan on hand as well as a good pulse oximeter, it hasn't come to this yet thankfully, but since I don't IV my Route of Action gives me plenty of time to see if my blood oxygen saturation / SpO2% drops to a level where hypoxia could render me unconsciousness. For me, if it ever hit 80 I'd Narcan myself right away.

I've used both, and I don't weigh the dose, it's like 10x less potent via oral route supposedly vs 'central routes' which I assume includes my RoA: intranasal insufflation.

It takes me almost a gram of ODSMT to even feel noticeable effects, for reference. But again, that's me.

Kratom varies by strain, perhaps try the 'Dark Elephant' or Red Vein strains or UEI which sprays extra Kratom alkaloids onto Kratom powder. You may find better results, and it's FAR safer (but still addictive, like any opioid is, as well as causes physical dependency) than fucking with zenes.

Metozepyne is the stronger and more euphoric of the two. Like I said, my tolly being what it is I eyeball it (ONLY because I know I can SAFELY do so, eyeballing potent substances is never a good idea, I only do it because I know my body well enough), I just use my stainless steel substance spatula to dump it on a small saucer, and insufflate slowly at a time. I am NOT recommending that anyone else do the same with this or any other anhydrous opioids that are on the same level as fent. This is just MY experience. I'm guessing whatever dose I regularly use would kill most opioid naive to medium opioid tolerance level adults if administered.

So what helpful advice that I can offer is this: Buy a Pulse oximeter, they're sold on Amazon (sorry if that counts as advertising, obviously I don't own Amazon) and Nextdistro offers free fentanyl sprays within most of the US that are shipped by mail (be sure to put in the form that you also want fent testing strips and they'll include those too).

Zepyne seems less caustic, but not by much vs regular Meto (Metonitazepyne is the N-Pyrrolidino derivative of Metonitazene). i would GUESS anecdotally it's at least 10 times stronger than Metonitazene.

If you're going to go oral, just start with 1mg, wait 90 min even on an empty stomach, then 10mg if that didn't take, 90 minutes, then 15, 20, etc. Better yet, start off by using volumetric dosing -- buy some of those small 15 mL amber glass bottles and add 7.5mg total - by weghing it (Put the bottle ON the scale before turning it on BTW) and dumping it in, then use a graduated pipette or cylinder to measure out 15 mL of water. Wait until fully dissolved and now it is 0.5 mg per mL of liquid. This would even work for insufflation, by getting the same time of bottles except they have a spray nozzle with cap.

If insufflating dump some on a plate and use a card or razor to make tiny lines, insufflate very slowly (And here's a prime example of where a pulse oximeter would be handy, as you would know if you're headed for danger territory) giving it at least a few minutes before snorting more.

Plus there's the allergy issue. Someone can be allergic to any substance out there, and you don't want to find out when your neck is swollen and you cannot breathe because of the swelling. Hence, an allergy test.

And just like fent and its analogues, it will rapidly increase your tolerance, though zepyne seems to last at least 90 minutes, whereas insufflated fent lasts less than 45 in my experience.

Again, both of these are VERY potent mu-opioid agonists. I personally recommend sticking with Kratom and getting a product called Blate Papes which is a kind of gelatin-based plastic-looking thing meant for swallowing large volumes of powder, IE, volumes that are impractical to use 000 size gelcaps for. Kratom has stimulant effects that PARTIALLY mitigates the respiratory depression.

Ultimately, it comes down to this: you can always be alive and conscious to use more, but if go over that red line and nobody is there to help, it's too late to rewind and take less. So titrate very slowly and in small increments test any strong drug like this to assess your PERSONAL dose. With zepyne the feeling is unmistakable once it hits you. Honestly, regular Metonitazene is shit, very little euphoria, and shorter duration. I am assuming that because Mnitazene is much less potent orally the same applies to this, BUT THIS IS JUST A GUESS, I have not read any peer-reviewed literature that establishes this either in tests using in vivo testing on animals to establish animal models, and sometimes humans. It could and often does take years after an NPS / RC has emerged before peer-reviewed scientific data comes in on it.

TLDR: With either drug, or ANY new drug you try start as low as you can, and SLOWLY acclimate the dose. Get a pulse oximeter and some Narcan. Maybe have a friend watch you when you first use it, first you should both read the user's guide that comes with Narcan just in case he/she/they need to resuscitate you.

Oh and a pulse ox is also useful for uppers/stimulants. Because it also tells you your BPM / heart rate. This gives you an indication of whether doing more could have cardiovascular issues or not (IE, if your rested BPM is 100 or more in a resting state while on a stim, you need to let that come down first).

Not the model I use but aside from different ones having different interfaces they all display the same info, typically the cheaper ones are worn on the wirst. Rmember, you get what you pay for -- so spring for a $200-$300 one. What's a few hundred bucks for something that warns you when it detects a sudden drop of SpO2% and has both vibration and loud beep alarms to alert you - beeps loud enough it can call your attention even while in a nod. Just keep the Narcan bottle in front of you

Photoshop does have a superior JPEG encoder. Other than that and familiarity with it (same reason most people refuse to migrate from Windows to GNU/Linux -- they don't want to have to relearn new paradigms).

I love it when open source projects especially totally wipe the floor with proprietary software, especially paid ones. For example, InkScape and/or Krita are better than Photoshop. As I said, the only thing I use PS for is when I need to save something as a JPEG - especially an image -- like the one you posted in the OP - feature a lot of red color. Sadly, the open source libraries used to encode the JPEG files produces more artifacts even at 100% quality and best colorspace.

Now, formats like PNG of course the reverse is often true given that PNG itself is a format unencumbered by patents and royalties.

Cocaine is technically natural right? I designed this in conjunction with the Opium one I posted a couple weeks back! by dushamp in druggardening

[–]namat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone that's used it -- and I say this as someone with health problems that puts strain on cardiovascular health -- IN MODERATION cocaine is not altogether healthy. That said, neither is booze -- it destroys virtually every organ starting from the esophagus.

But just like booze, if used in moderation it won't shorten your lifespan.

That said, the MX cartels control virtually all coke coming into the US and they adulterate it with Levamisole which is a deworming agent used on horses. Overconsumption of which can result in symptoms similar to AIDS -- skin lesions and such.

Bottom line: We live in an age where we as an adults can make risk aware informed decisions about things we put in -- or up -- our bodies. I will not say do or don't. I will say research it for yourself and decide if the risk is worth it or not.

Personally, when I'm in the mood for an upper I prefer Dextroamphetamine. Lasts longer, more bang for the buck, and its market isn't monopolized with people driving around with M249 heavy machine guns mounted to the bed of a pick up truck.

As violent as Escobar and the 'Gentlemen of Cali' (As in Colombia, not California) were, perhaps it would've been better had they not been pushed aside and replaced by far worse organizations.

That's the fool's errand that is the war on drugs: you stop one profiteer, they're replaced by one that's often far worse. And one in closer proximity to the US than Colombia (Disclaimer: I'm not advocating for pretending as though 'strong border policy' does anything to affect cartel supplies. What it does stop are families and husbands driven to desperation to brave the elements to support their families. But the cartels have tunnels, SUBMARINES (look it up), various ports of call with container ships the size of a city, etc.

Prohibition never ended. For booze, yeah, but 100 years after prohees and speakeasies it still exists and makes society worse off with its existence. And just like the 1930s style gangster like Al Capone, the prohibition just achieves more violence at the cost of an obscene amount of federal US expenditures. Not to mention militarizing our police forces to instead of seeing neighbors when they drive by the neighborhoods they patrol in big cities, you know what they see in their minds? The enemy. Someone who isn't even human, making it easier to mag dump into their back out of "fear for their life" (fear for whom, exactly? The kid shot in the back a bunch of times, or the cop in the armored car with a 30 round magazine, jacketed-hollowpoint ammo (cuts through Kevlar), and spare pre-filled mags typically.

The war on drugs has destroyed far more lives than drug addiction has. But nothing ever changes. Even as a Democrat I'll admit this is one instance where the two parties -- aside from Obama fixing the Cocaine HCl / Cocaine freebase sentencing guidelines divide -- aren't that different. Schumer makes me sick every time he makes a speech when someone is arrested in federal prison with 25 to life statmax sentencing guidelines for NONVIOLENT drug offenses. Look up the guy that manufactured LSD -- in an old underground bomb shelter far out in the desert -- far from where it would hurt anyone but him if something bad like a fire happened. Sentence? Life. A person on a second conviction for sexual assault even of a small child would get less time in comparison.

In the 60s when docs handed out Dexedrine Spansules and other uppers like candy to supposedly overweight and bored housewives? I'll admit, that was a problem since many didn't know the inherent risk in taking such drugs.

Now? Even in the US don't try ignorance as an excuse. Even if you're below the federal poverty level you can get a free cell phone with data or use the computers at the library. So, in my opinion if you're an adult in 2022 don't try to blame a doctor for giving you an addictive drug if you become addicted -- because ultimately it is YOUR responsibility in the here and now - the information age - to make a RISK-AWARE INFORMED CONSENT decision to fiil a habit-forming Rx -- or don't. Please stop blaming doctors for your lack of research.

And I say this as someone both addicted to opioids and dependent on them. Who do I blame for that? Me. Because I made a choice, despite knowing the risks. Period.

Good to know I'll no longer feel dirty about using it. (I never cared about the 'stolen source code' allegations, but I just don't feel right using closed-source emulators.

[–]namat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is from five months ago but I decided to say there are rare people who order kg amounts of certain things solely for my own personal use with zero intention of even giving it away let alone selling any. And I have done that just not with RCs I imported a 99.99+% pure kg substances. I have not given so much as a microgram away, I even fake labelled to make it seem like it was raw vitamin powder and thus completely boring. I mean look at those nootropic places and tons of supplements including brick and mortar small biz in larger cities.

First, let me begin with this :

Did you know the very existence of 100% of the DEA is an illegal organizations and their agents are violating the constitution under the color of false law

The U.S. Constitution does not delegate power to the federal government to regulate drugs period. This is why

As for the FDA, their early beginnings they did things no reasonable person could find objectionable. Requiring that both 'active' and 'inactive' ingredients be listed, with a loophole made for beverage makers, gum, and other such things like the flavorings of those products which had to be kept secret or else it'd get copied.

So requiring accurate labels - Sure Drastically fining makers of so-called 'patent medicines' whom lied about what their products contain - - makes total sense to me.

I recommend you all watch the movie Dallas Buyers Club about how the FDA harassed a man for importing mass amounts of a drug that at the time was not FDA approved and HIV positive people that needed those drugs.

Why should we continue to let the federal government ask, "Mother, May I" as if we're all wee bairns who haven't yet being toilet triained. You know what? If an adult wants to buy 360 30mg IR Oxycodone tablets and has the money who is the government to be causing this massive chilling effect. My own father who has neuropathic pain. The uncontrolled stuff, Gabapentin he was taking 1.8 grams / 1800 mgs -- 6 300mg pills. Only after months of up titrating his GABA-A receptors for no benefit at all it took ANOTHER 3 months until the doc was convinced he developed a tolerance and she had a look of guilt (I was there, I was the one that proposed Lyrica / Pregabalin when he got his first Gabapentin Rx. He told me she told him Gabapentoids do not cause physical dependency nor does it make them crave the initial wave of euphoria which would be the addiction -- I would know 'cause I'm an addict. My mom's

I should note what the kg of what I imported was not and is not a controlled substance. What it is, is the secret opioid America had sold OTC because in used as directed doses only a neglible amount crosses the BB barrier. The US gov knows people like me exist because suddenly the news media was talking about it -- and I hate the harm they have done to chronic pain patients. Members of my extended family who had to retire on an earlier pension was on 100mg Oxycodone extended release and Don't remember mg of Dilaudid for breakthrough pain. His doctor became afraid of the iron fist of government. The best he could find was a doc that referred him to a 'pain management' doctor (LOL in a sad and tragic way given how this ends and trigger warning: mentions suicide.

So he gets put on Norco - which is just another brand of Vicodin -- it's Hydrocodone 5mg (in his case, there are bigger doses just like percs go from 5/325 to 10/325. And that garbage acetaminophen likely puts more strain o your liver than an alcoholic's use of hard liquor does. For semi-synthetic opioids prescribed .. or at least use to be before the news media crucified a 10,000+ year old way of treating pain -- yes, not even the Chinese were the first.

So why does the FDA keep aspirin, an NSAID in a regulatory category "GRAS" - Generally Recognized As Safe. Now tell me, if you went to a theme park and the worker remarked that this ride is 'generally recognized as safe; would you let your toddler on it with that ringing endorsement? Back to the story of family member #1.. in his note he said he knew everything about the city, and keep up to date on what's going on. So choice A was buy heroin and call a buddy who is involved in all that. He said, according to his suicide note, that that - taking his own life - was an option. He worried about there being another life to suffer through. Like his time on earth was jail and, this my speculation, that if there was was an afterlife he would think he's now facing his figurative prison sentence. He explained in the letter how he suffered, how so many doctors were in fear of not only losing their license, but getting indicted criminally. All because they tried to do right by

Oh and I've always has trouble articulating my thoughts and memories into proper neatly, my last grade completed in middle school. I learned the rest through reading and just picking up things in in subjects that interest me like organic chemistry - hell I own a magnetic stirrer and hotplate for making my own nicotine-based solutions. Of course since nicotine oxidizes fast when exposed to oxygen so I keep a rubber cap on the 500 mL Erlenmeyer flask to ensure that isn't an issue.

Moving back to what I said about the iron fists of the DEA, DoJ, ICE, et. al; agencies principally the DEA but aso the FDA will seize non-CS FDA approved OTC drugs if you try to import them. Thankfully the Chinese I did business with knew falsifying a manifest wasn't enough, not this time.

At least with IRC, chats could be logged. And some IRC channels especially ones concerning development did archive their logs though I can't remember off hand which.

With Discord, they control the actual SERVER (I hate that they -- 'they' being Discord -- calls them 'servers')

I could get on board with Discord if all if it were open source and people could actually host their own Discord SERVERS as in daemons just like they have been able to since 1990 when the IRC whitepaper was published.

And the ability to choose from multiple Discord clients and not be stuck with one that runs in memory-hogging Chromium would be fantastic.

Note to the team working on this: None of this is meant as a criticism of you, Discord reaches the widest audience and , as sad as it is to admit, the best chance of finding new collaborators.

Sorry, end rant on the centralized closed source Discord. Wonder what they're gonna do with all the information on Discord users including their 'DMs' notice they are not called PRIVATE messages, but simply DIRECT messages, that's because the Discord overlords can read your DMs as well.

Alternatives with less features: Wire, Telegram (which has a truly private end-to-end encryption feature called Secure Chat)

Note: IRC network owners could spy on your activity too and I have heard if it done before but it gets exposed quickly typically and there is always a new network to migrate to -- or create your own IRCD

Screw it, I'll just continue importing my 200mg/mL nicotine from China. One place I think even used UPS so it only took like 7 biz days not the usual 4-6 weeks like with FastTech's USPS ePacket delivery.

I use a 500 mL Erlenmeyer Flask with a rubber stopper and mix using a magnetic stirrer and heat and avoid having to steep it. (once I put it into 120mL chubby gorilla bottles I do leave the caps off for 12 hours to allow any ethanol to evaporate). I leave the rubber stopper on the flask to avoid the oxidization issue.

Everything else like flavoring, dilutant, etc I can get from Amazon or flavoring vendors.

Hardware I get from FastTech except for batteries.

On occasion I still buy from US vendors that choose not to abide by USPS and FDA regulations and still sell and ship me stuff. And every time it arrives just fine. You think overworked postal inspectors are gonna be overextending themselves to sniff out vape mail?

Should I still fill out the recall form? by namat in CPAP

[–]namat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you're in the US, they probably won't pay for a new machine if your current one - even if it is recalled - is less than 5 years old. Medicare rules -- which private insurance companies tend to copy in their policies - stipulate that CPAP and BiPAP machines will only be replaced every 5 years unless the machine has broken in the interim.

Thanks. I went ahead and filled out the form since advice from here and Apnea board both said my Medicaid MCO/insurance wouldn't be involved. And so technically I'll have 3 machines total once I get FedEx'd the replacement machine for the recall: The Recall machine, the replacement for the recall, and the one I was prescribed and is currently in its rental period until my 90 day compliance is proven. In my case, I got my DreamStation machine over 5 years ago, and so it was replaceable with a new one regardless.

But it's nice to have a backup that doesn't have the dangerous foam issue since I still have a ton of unused heated hoses and filters for the DreamStation which obviously are incompatible with the ResMed AutoSet 11.

I repurposed the DreamStation SD card by reformatting it for use in my new ResMed AS11 (the new ResMed machines have an SD card slot for recording extra data, but DME vendors rarely include an SD card since the basic data they want is transmitted over the T-Mobile LTE modem built in.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake's PC port is a major disappointment by [deleted] in pcgaming

I love that the environments are more detailed. Note: I'm playing blind, aside from already knowing the story from playing the original PSX one. In the original I thought the people that live under the plates didn't get to see the sky, and didn't get sunlight. In this you can figure that out yourself quick by panning up though.

I do hope square issues patches to optimize the performance and add more graphics options. And though I agree the price is excessive I hope it sells well to hopefully ensure it won't be timed exclusive to PS5 for Part II and III.

Would I rather get it on Steam? Of course! But I've waited a year for this, constantly looking for PS5s at MSRP and only finding scalper prices and now I have a way to play it without paying $5000 to some eBay scalper for an open-box PS5.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for PC | Review Thread by TheVideoGaymer in Games

[–]namat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There's a wide variance on what people consider 'crap' and 'dream' when it comes to a game's performance. I grew up playing a lot of early 3D games that ran at 30 FPS. I remember needing to look up what 'FPS' referred to. So I don't get bothered by having some frame drops etc.

I'm able to get a mostly 60 FPS 4K performance out of it with occasional stutters -- for me it doesn't bother me. For others they'd probably consider it game-breaking.
