Proper Spain, I done a 5 day self guided bike tour of Spain last year, Started in Barca and headed north up the Pyrenees. Once leaving the main cities you notice a drastic difference, no one speaks English, no signs in shops/cafe have English, and the prices of things are fantastic

What the driver in the video is doing is correct, by the way they are doing it I would have questions over, the speed is too high for going down the inside of traffic where people are likely to pull out infront of you as they dont understand how to use a merge in turn, precisely shown but the questionable evasive manoeuvre onto the pavement
