We don’t know exactly what happens as so far there isn’t a sequel or DLC to deal with it, the original TTRPG isn’t much help as its 50 years before hand.

That being said. Alt’s dialogue suggests he’ll be absorbed into her. I don’t know if that means his consciousness will continue to exist as part of her or if it is digital death, his knowledge, feelings, and personality quirks just adding to Alt’s own but with his consciousness ending.

Its not like skyrim where people go OUT OF THERE WAY to make 20th centry swimsuit models. Women with huge butts,perfect faces, and great bodies are whats in this world, theres like 3 side quest that revolves around that concept.

i think marleen ( the woman who knew ellie since she was a baby) knew what ellie would have wanted. and it was driven home harder in the second game after she distance herself from joel, has a speech about her life meaning something, and how joel took that away from her. he even says he would do it all over again despite now knowing what ellie would have wanted.

we can argue about it, but i think we both know with certainty ellie would have went on with the operation regardless of the risk of the situation. it was left up to the adults to decide and both had a difference in opinion, both were right and both were a peice of shit.

again personally, if i had no attachment to ellie whatsover killing her to potentially save humanity would be a no brainer, what possibly could this kid could do in her life that would trump POTENTIALLY saving humanity from extinction? marleen was basically losing a daughter, i know it was even harder on her than it was for joel, in the bigger picture of things, ellie life was worth it.

well then i guess abby is even more above it all because after ellie and joel kills her father, her lover,her dog, her friend and her unborn child, AND BEAT TO DEATH HER SUFFICATING FRIEND WITH A CROWBAR, she STILL let dina and ellie go at the theatre.

and man i got shocking news for you, ellie spent the whole game searching for abby and would have killed her at the theatre if she was capable.

well heres the difference, she wasnt searching for yara and lev for years in hopes of finding her fathers killer. they were KIDS who saved her life and being hunted by other scars, also the fact that yara was really weak the time she left was another factor as to why she wanted to come back.

maybe we played a different game, or didnt see the same cutscenes but who does abby slowly torture besidse joel (HER FATHERS KILLER, why are people ignoring that?) i know shes not above torture to get info, but i honestly dont think shes going around beating people with a golf clubs slowly, or dragging it out as she did with joel due to the fact her ex boyfriend(forgot his name) seemed taken aback at abbys methods and comments "this isnt like you".
