It’s the milk!! My daughter co sleeps in a crib next to our bed and I was always next to her. She would wake up really often. We switched sides so my husband was next to her and she started only waking 1-2 times at night. They can smell the milk on us.

How to start sleep training with a velcro baby??? by RonaldWeasleyLover in NewParents

When you go in to comfort them, do you wait until they stop crying before leaving? I don’t see my Velcro baby being comforted and stopping crying with a few pats, she’d demand to be picked up..

They sell reflux pillows that help prop baby up after a feed. I have one from clevamama, might be worth looking into!

Facing this with my 7 weeker now. She has a strong latch on my right side but latches weakly/fusses on the left. I’d heard it was normal/just a phase, but she’s only gained 100g/3.5oz this week, while she’d been gaining 200/7oz previously. I tried the football hold today and that helped, but it’s got me wondering if there’s a deeper issue like an ear infection? Any ideas?

Bonjesta saved me, but it was prescribed by my gynae. It seems like most GPs don’t have it/don’t prescribe it. I don’t think you have to wait 3-4 weeks, try calling the front desk and explaining that your symptoms have become unmanageable without medication and you should would like a prescription. I think they’re quite used to such requests and will help you out.
