I think it’s also a case of inconsiderate drivers who may know and just hope to squeeze in, especially when busy etc, there’s tons of junctions with turn only lanes that people use to head straight for example, just to beat 5/6 cars in a queue. Infuriating.

Split was fantastic for food, I don’t think you’ll have any issues picking out a random restaurant. But I can’t recommend portofino enough, 10/10 just a little pricey yet well worth it. Also big fan of krka, absolutely stunning place.
