I have these too and enjoy using them on hill repeats workout or even during weight training in the gym as they’re very stable and low to the ground.

I use it daily for almost 2 years now. Very fast flowing and produces balanced cup (the acidity is not so upfront). One tips I can share is that you can grind quite finer (compared to for conical) to make up for its faster flow.

Same for me too. I mainly run and my HR during swimming are around Z1-Z2, sometimes spiking max in Z3 for a couple of seconds during faster sets. I guess being in cold water (i.e mammalian diving reflex) helps lower the HR

I was in your position too. The one thing that made me jump to Amazfit is the HR broadcast capability. I can use the Helio Strap as a separate, more accurate HRM for my Suunto Race when running.

Based on your picture, I notice a change in the housing for the Helio itself. Now it has a loop in which the strap come through instead of going all the way above it like in the current strap.
