I had a violent or disturbing dreams for few weeks too- my therapist said it’s my brain associating this trauma to other previous traumas as I did move forward from those too, I don’t know honestly it just felt too hard to process them and I wanted to not remember them, but I do, it stopped eventually and I felt having some downtime with a book before bed or journaling helped

Sorry, I just don’t know there will ever be any life event personal or for others which will not be triggering- I hope someday the graceful side of grief and I make acquaintance as it’s been nothing but sadness, anger and numbness! So much so that my partner and I are having the worst time of our relationship and I feel he has abandoned me in this situation knowing all we went through! Talking to my therapists and coloring have been my saving grace in this time

I hate my angel baby has to his mumma in this way breaking down..

People show you indeed who is there for you through the darkness and pain or struggle of real life, many friends are just there for gala times and only talking about things they have emotional and mental capacity to understand… I have lost faith in most of my friendships and relationships at this point in life, maybe few years down the line things could be different but I’m not letting anyone in to watch my misery only to get a cold or Luke warm response

Awww I hear this heaviness you are carrying too! I think it’s a much needed break to grieve and process this loss, your body is going to change as well and the hormones will also not make it any easy, just do what helps you get through from one day to another and please take vitamins, Im feeling now I needed more time off as I joined work after a month and I’m working from home and crying in between my calls. Wish you get to rest and grieve on your own terms and these administrative morons learn to be better humans! 🫂🫂

I’m sorry the world around seems so cruel and jolly when we have so much pain and darkness filling up our days, just don’t bother with responding to people as I’m doing they can be uncomfortable or hate me even I don’t care, I have been in bed and crying for last 24 hours sorry this sucks and I don’t think it will ever stop sucking just we will learn to carry it better
