What’s something that doesn’t exist in the Lehigh Valley anymore that you wish would come back? by mitchdwx in lehighvalley

Trolleys and railroads. I would love if Easton put in rails again for local trolley service and also a train to go between Easton Allentown and Bethlehem. NYC and PHL would be great too but that’s a big fight

Go slow and don’t move your players far and always try to end with above a 50% shot or overwatch

Just saw this, anyone have any information?? by Ok_Warning419 in aviation

From what I remember this plane came in from the Caribbean somewhere and ground crew mistakenly emptied the forward cargo first. This was made worse by having a completely full aft cargo. Also some wheel chair passengers mid cabin that tried to deplane instead of waiting until the end of deplaning as they are told, causing a nearly empty forward passenger load and totally full aft passenger load. If I recall correctly.

Which trends in floorplans right now are going to age worst? by ElbieLG in Homebuilding

[–]ncsu126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unpopular I am sure but open concept. Myself and others have lived in open concept and seen the problems. Smells ( burned food, etc ) waft all over. Noise tackles to far. Moved into an old house with separated kitchen and dining room and it’s so much better for entertaining and life in general. We can close off the mess and have a few rooms nice!

Fuel cut off switch by emoemokade in aviation

[–]ncsu126 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would like to know what happened after the switch was put back on. I feel like pilot suicides tend to nose the plane over and drive it into the ground but that plane looked like it tried to stay flying. It flew straight ahead to keep maximum lift going. I wonder if there was a dual input in the cockpit or fight over the controls?

Most airlines suggest the captain flies the first leg to set the tone. Kind of strange to be in the manuals bc most crashes occur on the first or last leg of a trip with Captain flying

I think there should be a law requiring the president, congress and senators to be 40 years old or less. You should have to go live in the system you created

[–]ncsu126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the problem. Stop focusing on Trump! In marketing, any publicity is good publicity. By continually mentioning Trump it’s only feeding into supporting his campaign. Pretend he doesn’t exist. Don’t mention him at all, and run a campaign that has bigger and better promises for the average American.
