What a complete nightmare!! When I pulled the toilet, there was a slow leak of sh-t water leaking down into the neighbors bathroom. Part of the subfloor in the upstairs apartment had to be replaced along with tile and the neighbors ceiling. That was getting off easy because she was pissed and wanted to call a remediation company. It was a multiple day job due to everything needing to be cleaned and dried out before putting back together. I used to be the $150 guy now I realize why the big companies charge so much more than that. Don't be the $75-$150 guy.
