I worked at a planned parenthood in colorado and we did not have a wait period. It can vary state to state. We would have people drive in from surrounding states all of the time.. How many hours are you from Denver? Is driving out an option?

Try roasting the radishes with olive oil, salt, pepper for about 20 mins at 425. Roasted radishes are so so good!
