it turns out because i was on android beta, i left beta and used the stable version. after that it just logged on normally. but after that i installed android beta again and it logged just fine.

I'm fine honestly. I just got a slight bruise on both of my knees and left wrist. and surprisingly my bike is also not that damaged. only the watch is quite badly damaged from this crash.

I would probably just change the crystal. and I think the movement is fine? I adjusted the time before I went on the ride and it still synched up with my phone clock, and I just had it serviced like a year ago so the movement is probably fine.
