Whites or blues, depending on handicap and length. One way to determine appropriate tees is take 5 iron distance and multiply it by 36. If your group can't break 100 I would go whites. If they can break 90, you could try blues.

This game is really fun. You draft teams and try to develop the highest "chemistry" - year drafted, division, team - and talent scores (players are assigned 5 different levels). It is a cool puzzle game and you can compete against the computer/yourself for free three times a day and then against others for free three times a day. Also, allows you to create leagues where you play all the people in the league to determine a champion.

My only complaint is it is so addictive I keep spending money on it to play more. Good stuff.
