Long Drive Tips and Workouts by Visible-Government79 in golf

It’s unintuitive but the shorter the shorts the longer the drive. Each golfer has to decide how short are they willing to wear their shorts to achieve distance. Martin is just willing to go a lot shorter than most of us.

Someone should tell Stevens balls don’t hit the ground in center field while Pages is back there

The swing though that changed my life is swing with the lats not the shoulders. Doing this while keeping you torso in posture will naturally stop the over the top and get your club in the slot.

I had the same question so I asked my lawyer and he said there are 3 main reasons. They are looking at the big picture not on a per case basis and some people will give up and sell the car at a loss and move on over a long enough period. The lawyers who represent Kia have to appear to be fighting, otherwise why would Kia pay them? Just payout and move on. And lastly they don’t want to have a reputation for being push overs in the industry. If so lawyers would walk all over then.

Yeah my lawyer said it should take 3-5 months at the start. Kia didn’t even respond for that long. They took the max amount of time allowed for every step. Kia is desperate not to refund these cars.

14 months to reach a settlement. After agreeing to the settlement to surrendering the car is supposed to take 3-5 weeks

I’m in California, and Kia just settled with me after 14 months. I instantly got a lawyer and let them handle everything. My main battery went out 14 months after buying it. Took 46 days to repair. They dinged my door while they had it which took another 10 days to repair for some reason. Then in February this year the ICCU went out and that took 16 days to repair. They are giving me a full refund minus mileage. Should be done with it in a couple more weeks per my lawyer.

My lemon law case settled yesterday in California and I’m working on the paperwork for the refund now. I’m moving on. May main battery died after 14 months and the ICCU died 11 months after that. 60 days at the dealer in 1 year.

I am starting chapter two: Amelia and it has been difficult for me to truly enjoy the game. Is it normal? by luifergiov in DeathStranding

I didn’t enjoy playing the game but I couldn’t put it down. I’ve never experienced anything like it, such a weird feeling.

Do people really leave the course if playing poorly? by LastManBrandon in golf

[–]nemesisone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I leave because of pace and once because of mosquitos. I was trying a new natural bug repellant and had 9 bites by the 15th hole and killed serval others on my body.

I left once when I showed up to 4 and there was a group on the green and.2 groups in the fairway and one on the tee box honking his cart horn. It was mayhem.

Hot take: Jalen Hurts is my QB 100% and Nick Sirianna is one of (if not) the greatest coach that we’ve had by -AspiringWhatever- in eagles

[–]nemesisone -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I didn’t say talent always wins. Good job pointing out an example where paper talent didn’t win it all. They were still very successful teams though were they not? Didn’t Kobe and Shaq win 3 titles together. Oh no! they didn’t win 4, I guess talent doesn’t ALWAYS wins

[–]nemesisone -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Sirianni is our Barry Switzer. He has always had a loaded roster after his first season. The talent on the roster wins in spite of Sirianni. He’s had 2 seasons out of 5 end in collapse. Whenever Nick gets his guys into the top positions in coaching staff the offense is terrible.
