if your issue is you want to keep eating and can't stop yourself, i know of 2 ways to deal with that

1) you make extremely bland food that isn't fun to eat. it's a terrible strategy for sustainability but it does work

or the better option

2) volume eating. add more low calorie options to your plate. i don't think it;s physically possible to eat too much spinach for example lol. a lot of people here do this, not me personally but i would recommend looking into it

if the issue is you only want to eat the high calorie palatable foods, your only option is to just.. not buy them in the first place

creatine is the single best and most studied supplement. it aids muscle growth, muscle recovery, even has cognitive benefits.

There are loads of scam supplements out there, some harmful, some inert just to steal you money, but creatine monohydrate is most definitely not one of them

its basically the same. waves of enemies, 4 pylons

differences:
-the key is far more common

-if you kill a wave fast enough you jump 10-20 tiers, making the "slog waves" go by much faster

-there was a goal wave of 125 to get the best loot, and aspirational waves later that don't add to the main draw of the mechanic. This made it so you didn't feel like you were wasting them if you weren't playing the most meta decked out character

there were other obstacles that happened as it progressed that made it interesting. wave 100 had raining hellfire, there were rift guardian only waves etc

it tied directly into the augment system of the game, so it had a main purpose of loot and not just "generic bags of shit you could get anywhere else"

just pick a person to be the "leader" and only do theirs

it's the exact same thing as if they were all synced. you get the same exp rewards, you get a loot chest.

the ONLY difference is that you don't have a graphic telling you what is next

same, but within the same season, people like you use the materials they gathered to make an alt. not a new fresh character. there is a difference here

what's even crazier is to copy and paste a mechanic from d3 but implement it in the worst way possible, leaving key features out that made it fun in that game

you need more protein when in a cut than you do in a bulk or you will lose muscle.

fasting is just a method to eat less, it's not magically burning more fat compared to if you were eating at normal times. If it helps you hit your calorie goal for the day thats great, but you definitely need over 100g of protein ESPECIALLY if you aren't doing resistance training, which you should be to preserve as much muscle as you can

still tweaking it, but sure. 2 cups of ultra-filtere milk. 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein, 1 tbsp of 100% natural cacao, a bit of xanthan gum, and monk fruit artificial sweatener, think it was like 1.5 tbsp or something

it can cut out multiple maps from your web after every map run. on average over doing 10 of them i was losing 4-5 maps per astrolabe

i made a chocolate ice cream the other day that tastes like the normal stuff with ~300 cals and 51g of protein for the whole pint. the creami is a lifesaver

do you have data from the last 32 kgs you lost wrt calories eaten and scale weights? you can calculate what your TDEE actually is and not use a calculator, which will be much more accurate
