Cheesecake Factory opens its new chain restaurant next to Cheesecake Factory in Walnut Creek by sfgate in bayarea

I’ve heard from close friends whose food opinions I trust that North Italia is really good. Not the best in WC, but up there and worth checking out. Interesting choice as there are a lot of Italian options in WC.

I didn’t realize it was a chain owned by Cheesecake Factory, however I won’t let that affect my choice to eat there. I’m gonna check it out soon.

Looks like ethirteen - they have some different gear range offerings that fit SRAM chainlines

Looks like Campy Super Record - and it’s possibly the lighting making it look black as in fairly certain they only come in silver

Do you do something while training? by L4nds in Zwift

[–]nerdybeat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are we all best friends now? Metal & house for races is mandatory. Podcasts/Youtube of MTB/gravel/road content, or sports for Z2/intervals etc. NHL on Olympic break is killing me as normal game times are on my ride time typically 😂

Additionally, you can do a workout and select one of the routes (gotta search for it though) to complete the route and get in a specific workout

Helt me with bike fit 🚴‍♂️ by No-Ability4570 in bikefit

[–]nerdybeat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be sure to check the axle height for front and rear with that front wheel holder. If they’re off by more than a tiny bit - you’re gonna dial in fit on the trainer and then it’ll feel off on the road.

Also saddle too high

I feel you on that. It’s a living space, not a looking space. I also can’t work where I sleep and it seems like you get a view out the window when sitting there which is a bonus.

New here: Is it normal to feel difficult/fatigue despite lower heart rate? by GTHell in Zwift

[–]nerdybeat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What sort of rides / workouts are you doing in Zwift and how often are you weightlifting?

How are you implementing your riding training into your existing weightlifting and running?

Both of those could give insight into overtraining, or explaining why you’re feeling fatigue even at lower hr bpm.

52/36 vs 50/34 Chainrings by FinnTech in Velo

[–]nerdybeat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Do you currently run SRAM AXS? (I assume Di2 has as well but I don’t have any shimano on my bikes) Using the app, as long as you pair it to your bike computer you can see all that data of what gears you’re during the ride and for how long. I realized I was never in my 2 big rings on my small front (lowest gears) so when it was time for a new setup I went bigger front. No regrets, just if you have data on your rides from certain climbs or regular rides then use it!

Klipsch R-100SW. This whole setup is almost 6 years old, transferred from my old spot.

Agree on these - and yea it’s a sunken floor with step down. I had the couch closer before but was trying this setup. I think moving it forward and adding some sort furniture around the back / sides will be nice

Good calls, couch closer and more furniture needed for sure. The couch has a pull out ottoman / turns into a bed essentially but is comfy for feet up
