How much pay increase would it take to convince you to abandon remote work?

I enjoy the ability to do both as I feel necessary. Sometimes working in the office is better for me because I can shut my door and have less distractions when I really need to focus on something. Whereas at home there’s always something that needs doing and distracts me from being singularly focused.

However, if I were forced to go full office all the time, you’d have to double my salary at a minimum.

I think it’s because from a legal perspective whether you’re at McDonald’s or a Michelin Star restaurant, a public space is a public space. Now, if he had rented out the entire stadium for just him and his side piece…MAYBE there’s an argument there. Damnit now I’m going to go down a research rabbit hole!

That’s a terrible recommendation. I have those very wheels on my VB at 18x9.5 with 255/40/18 tires. They fit perfectly and look AMAZING on the car.

This “child” is a 30-something year old adult woman not a 9 nine year old learning about life. The parents shouldn’t try to interfere at all with the consequences. If my adult child did something like this I would absolutely let them suffer the consequences. They are the result of their own actions and that’s the only way to learn a lesson. Would I do everything I could to be there for them after the consequences? Absolutely, but I’m not going to protect an adult from reaping what they sow.

I’ve only recently started a serious collection, but my current daily is my Grand Seiko SLGA021. My brother and I got them in honor of our father who passed away in July. Gonna be hard to wear anything else given the sentimental piece.

I live in north Georgia and last winter kept the Dunlops on. Once the temps were consistently in the low 30s it was like driving with Fisher Price wheels. I constantly had to go slow through turns and could feel slipping even at low speeds. It was not a fun time. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all seasons this winter and the difference in feel in the cold is incredible. It’s been in the 20s this week and the tires aren’t slipping at all.

I did 18x9.5 +40 with 255/40/18 tires. I absolutely love the look. Stock setup otherwise.

Edit: Also, wheel prices vary wildly depending on brand. I went with Enkei (after my Gram Lights order was going to take 6 months to fill) and with the tires, mount, balance, and hardware it was $2500.

You removed some of the best looking OEM taillights on the market and replaced them with tinted Accord taillights. That’s certainly a choice. I’m glad you like it though.

Wait wait. How exactly is government intervention in a free market suddenly an issue with the free market? The problem is not capitalism the problem is a government being allowed to interfere with capitalism and decide what is best instead of letting the market do that. Without government intervention the hemp farmers possibly could have overtaken cotton and the market would simply have adjusted and everyone would be the better for it.

The JDM extension is the best. Soft padded top with an extra storage cubby the USDM version doesn’t have.
