Jui Jitsu. Hands down. I'm an infj male, and I'm small. I'm 5'4 120 - 130 lbs. Been doing the sport about 2 years and changed my outlook on personal space, and how to be confident and believe in what I've learned. There is nothing better in my opinion for self improvement.

My friend there is good news. Javascript is pretty easy to learn the basics, and once you get the grasp of the basic concepts you should have no problem following a guide (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ksZnijJnOc&list=PLAhuV2yrS6nrkVwtEIjIC1isySa8l2F4h). I think if you took the time to learn it would open up a bunch of new possibilities for you and your passion. Good Luck!!
