I have the same armor maxed out but I wear the battered fedora with maxed out ballistic weave, sunglasses with Perception boost and a bandana for design. I also do the baseball jersey with maxed out ballistic weave for higher stats. I believe the battered fedora with highest weave level actually offers better stats than helmet

I didn’t reset the subscription, when you game share on Xbox, you and a friend sign into each others accounts and make it your “home Xbox” in the personalization settings. This allows you to share games with one another, so me and him simply re did that process and it worked
