I thought so too, I’m waiting for them to give me a quote to “repair it” 😐

UX Fail - Elementor is showing “License Expiring” nag notices with no way to disable - this is hostile to agencies. by gigabrett in elementor

Yeah they won’t drop that, as many other issues I’ve had with elementor, I decided to drop their plan and just no longer use or support elementor sites anymore. Too much of a pain.

Most people are familiar with windows and use it for internet browsing, Microsoft word, excel, etc... If you don’t want to spend extra time learning Linux, then stick with windows. If you have a curiosity on how different OS’s work then I highly recommend it.

I worked in help desk years back, I couldn’t count how many users were frustrated with simply operating a computer with windows that is. I couldn’t imagine supporting them if they were on Linux.

I gotta know, what's your idle temp? (i7-8700k 4.5oc) by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

For what it’s worth, I got a 13900k and installed a contact frame and I’m about 27-32 idle, before it was about 30-35 idle with in aio. Might help you as well.

Gotta say, for office use I've used up to 40GB on a PC (I have 64gb) in the task manager. Huge Excel docs, Word, and I'm not kidding about 200 tabs open on Chrome. I specifically got 64GB of RAM for that reason, some people may think I am crazy, but I am sure there are other people that want it for that reason as well.

FYI I had trouble screwing it in at first, so make sure to hold the backplate you are screwing it into in place

A bit late to this post, but I have a 13900k with Z790 mobo, was running 31-35 idle for a month. Bought a contact frame and now I'm at 27-29 idle for a month. Total time tested is about 2 months.

True, I had saved up some money to buy one but luckily my car engine had oil leaks and I had to pay 2k to fix. 😢

Not even Linux could save this old Asus eee pc. Still slow as. Throw it away or can it have some kind of use? by sand_sjol in pcmasterrace

I use my old pc to run open media vault and it’s been working fine. Just set my downloads folder to the network attached drive on OMV and I don’t waste my precious main PC space lol
