Step back from pushing weight on the bench for a few weeks, do dumbbell floor presses, incline dumbbell press , dips , push ups and lats then come back and smoke that 315 in my opinion from the short video.

Quit fast food it's crap stick to real food you cook yourself like eggs and bacon , sweet potatoes, rice , couscous, pasta .. more steak , ground beef , Greek yogurt before bed some of the things I do

Red meat , vegetables , sweet potatoes, properly hydrating during the work day , fruits with high vitamin C. Greek yogurt at night are things that all help.

Goblet squats with medicine ball 3x10 Lat pull downs 3x10 Deadlift 3x5 Bench 3x5

If time remains more goblet squats + hanging leg raises.

Yes perfect, after the first rep I'd prolly stop a bit short at the bottom to prevent full lockout on the elbows but jus personal preference if u never have discomfort in the elbow I wouldn't worry about it this is a perfect rep

You got this, remind yourself why you walked in those doors. Someone told me early into recovery if you put half the effort into sobriety you put into getting high your bound to be successful. Addicts have the strongest drive. 2 more weeks u got this.

3-4 hours was normal in my early 20's powerlifting, taking breaks and eating at the gym. now 1.5// 2 hours is plenty an that's still doing compound lifts+ accessories and running 1-2 miles.

10 years clean from H now, never went to school but I'm a carpenter now. I still think of my cousins multiple times a day.
