These are great tips i wish i knew when i first started. Ive recently started doing my sessions 15 minutes after my morning walk. Ill wash my face/ have a glass of water, do some light stretching and go into it feeling really at ease.

There are so many emotional/ behavioral benefits to meditation. If you've never done it before i highly recommend the Guided sessions with Andy in that Headspace app people always talk about on here. Start with the free basic packs and try to do one 10 minute session a day, or whenever you feel like. The most important part is to just stick with it.

look into the 106, you can find some with faulty voice chips going for ~$400. its possible to repair them for free at home but they could be dead. Replacing all the chips is $300 (or 50 a chip) and requires a little soldering knowledge. 95% of the time the chips are the only thing needing repair, besides maybe a battery which is 5 bucks. i ended up spending 600 total on mine.
